TUITION POLICY:
Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of every month. Tuition is considered
LATE after the 7th of every month and a $15 late fee will be assessed.
The studio must receive your check by the 7th. If you are not in class,
please drop it in the mail or in the black mailbox at the studio.
ATTENDANCE POLICY:
Between the months of January and April only one (1) absentee per month
is permitted unless special circumstances arise. If permission is needed
due to the special circumstance, please speak with your instructor as soon
as possible. Please note that we do NOT observe Monday holidays.
COSTUME POLICY:
A costume fee of $70 or $80 is due by October 31st for every class. If
payment is not received by this date, the costume will not be ordered
unless previous arrangements have been made. After costumes have been
ordered, no refunds will be given.
HOLIDAY AND SNOW POLICY:
We observe the Henrico County schedule for Thanksgiving and Winter
Break. PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT OBSERVE MONDAY HOLIDAYS!!
For inclement weather, please call the studio (747-3373) and check the
message to see if classes will be held or check online at www.
dancersstudio-richmond.com. The message may be changed for later
classes if the roads improve or worsen, so please be sure to check the
message as close to class time as possible.
RETURNED CHECK POLICY:
There will be a $25 fee for returned checks, and total amount due must
be paid by cash or money order.
DISCLOSURE:
Dancers Studio will not be held responsible for any injuries incurred at
the studio or recital. If any injury occurs, parents will be notified
immediately, and necessary steps will be taken in accordance with
parents’ instructions.

Ages 3-7: Any color leotard & tights
Ballet skirts are permitted
Pink Leather Ballet Shoes
Black Patent Leather Tap Shoes
Ages 8 & up: Any color leotard & tights or jazz pants
(Jazz/Tap) Black Jazz Oxfords/Sneakers

Ages 7 & up: Any color leotard & tights or jazz pants
(Hip Hop) Black jazz sneakers
Ages 8 & up: Any color leotard & tights
